Supreme court dismisses PDP and Atiku’s Appeal against Buhari

Atiku Abubakar’s and his party ‘PDP’ appeal against President Buhari has been dismissed by the Appeal Court of Nigeria.

The 2019 Presidential Election PDP’s party representatives ‘Atiku Abubakar’ who contested and lost to President Muhamadu Buhari filed an appeal validating how he won the election and proving President Muhammadu won with fake votes and illegal actions.

However, Atiku Abubakar and the People’s Democratic Party has been on long run to evacuate Muhammadu Buhari from Aso Rock.

It is however noted that the People’s Democratic Party appeal has been dismissed by the Court.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who led six other members of the apex court’s panel, delivered a three-sentence judgement.

Remember, the 2019 Presidential Election was conducted on the 23rd of February, 2019, following the rules and protocols of the Nigerian constitution, the highest Votes win.
